Refunds and Returns Policy for Fit Fashion (porpor.pro)

Effective Date: July 15, 2024

At Fit Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the products you have ordered, we offer a simple and user-friendly returns and refunds process, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

  1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
    1.1 Products purchased directly from porpor.pro are eligible for return within 30 days of the original purchase date.

1.2 Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

1.3 Merchandise that has been altered, worn, or damaged is not eligible for return or refund.

  1. Initiating a Return
    2.1 To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at fitfashion@gmail.com within 30 days of the original purchase date.

2.2 In your email, include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

2.3 Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the product(s).

  1. Returning Products
    3.1 Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving the RMA number.

3.2 The returned package should include the product(s), all original packaging and tags, and a copy of the original invoice or packing slip.

3.3 The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the return package.

3.4 Products should be securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

3.5 Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

  1. Refund Process
    4.1 Upon receipt of the returned product(s), our team will inspect the items to ensure they meet the eligibility requirements for returns.

4.2 If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original form of payment within 7 business days.

4.3 The refund amount will include the purchase price of the product(s) and any applicable taxes. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4.4 Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

  1. Exceptions
    5.1 For hygienic reasons, intimates, swimwear, and personal care products are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, unless received damaged or defective.

5.2 Gift cards and e-gift certificates are non-refundable.

  1. Defective or Incorrect Products
    6.1 If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team at fitfashion@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt.

6.2 We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including the cost of return shipping.
